Since each Kelleigh Carlyle jewelry creation is hand made to order, we begin crafting your jewelry only after you order it! Usually items ship within 3 -4 business days; however, if you need an item to be rushed, please email to confirm rush status.
Nashville Customers: Please email Kelleigh prior to placing your order if you live in Nashville and would like to pick up your order—in this instance you will not be charged for shipping!

Returns:
Each Kelleigh Carlyle jewelry creation is hand made to order. We take great care to ensure that it leaves us, and arrives to you in perfect condition. We want you to be extremely satisfied with your purchase…so satisfied, in fact, that we hope you will recommend us to all of your family and friends!

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return/exchange your unworn purchase within ten (10) days of the shipping date.
Please send an email to orders@divatoday.com with “RETURN” in the subject, be sure to include your invoice number. We will contact you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on returning the item to us.
Jewelry returned after 10 days is subject to a 50% restocking fee. Jewelry must be in it’s original, unworn condition, and packaging. All shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Custom work:
We are happy to accommodate your custom requests if possible.
•Lengths- Most of the time we can change necklace and bracelet lengths w/marginal change to the design and cost.
•Sterling Silver- can be special ordered. 2-3 weeks
•14 Karat Gold- can be special ordered upon request.

We have done our very best to represent our jewelry responsibly. Please be aware that the calibration of computer monitors can differ substantially. Thus, there may be slight descrepencies between the color you are viewing and the actual color of the jewelry you are purchasing-especially with natural gemstones that regularly vary in color, size and shape. Also, we do not attempt to represent the exact size of the jewelry with our photographs. All sizes are noted in inches.
